Artist

Charlotta Åkerblom is educated at Royal Institute of Art (Kungl. Konsthögskolan) and Stockholm University of the Arts (Stockholms konstnärliga högskola) between 1995-2001.

Charlotta began to train as an artist at Royal Institute of Arts.

The education was developed under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Marie-Louise Ekman to also include acting in collaboration with the Royal Dramatic Theater, where Charlotta did her student internship, as well as with the Stockholm University of the Arts.

Charlotta did her final production at Stockholm House of Culture & City Theatre (Kulturhuset Stadsteatern). The monologue Lotta was directed by Lena Nilsson.
